What about hyperthyroidism, such as commonly occurs in cats? "It's caused by self-expression that goes unnoticed, is ignored; the animal then has to start screaming to get noticed." It so happened that an animal communicator friend was visiting me when I made this essence, and she was working with a cat called Nellie. I asked my friend to please ask Nellie what she thought of this essence. (Note: I did not tell my friend anything about this essence; I simply handed her the bottle...) Nellie promptly replied, "it should go in the drinking water of all humans." When I asked for clarification, she explained that it's to heal the sense of separation we feel between ourselves and everything else on this planet. It's to stop us from closing down around ourselves; it transcends species divides and helps us feel connected and part of the whole of creation; no separation. That then influences how we interact with the world around us - how we express ourselves. (Hey; perhaps that's why blackberry bushes are so prevalent around human habitation, and why they produce such an abundance of flowers and later fruit? They're trying to help us heal the rift. How very different is this perspective of the blackberry bush from our habitual view of it as a pestilential weed!) I then asked Nellie specifically how this essence might help cats who are struggling with hyperthyroidism. She replied that "it puts out the fire; it's soothing, modulating, regulating - and it connects the heart with the throat." Ah; full circle! | ||

This essence simply begged to be made, and the result fairly blew me away! In a nutshell, it's about self-expression; and more specifically, it reconnects the heart to the throat, enabling one to speak from the heart. It fosters authenticity of self-expression: "Here's who I am; here's what I think."
When I first took this essence, it went directly to my throat. I was reminded of warblers and vocal teachers - and thyroid glands; it made my thyroid glands throb with energy. So, it would appear that this essence works on any issues, whether structural or functional, involving the throat area.
When I asked the Plant collective about this essence, they replied that "it's for bountiful self-expression, an exuberant bursting forth. A joyful and unfettered Laaa!!"
The Animal collective said plainly that "it's for our throat. It helps us express ourselves joyfully and fully; it helps us be fully functional."
Being a vet and focused on medical conditions,
I wanted to know more about the thyroid connection. Here's what I learned from this essence and from the Animal collective, in particular:
How does this essence help the thyroid glands - and while we're at it, what's going on with hypothyroidism? "Any defect of the thyroid glands is a defect of self expression; a self suppressed results in thyroid glands suppressed. Say 'no; bad dog' enough times, and we come to believe it."
What about auto-antibodies against thyroid tissue; they're responsible for at least some cases of hypothyroidism in dogs? The answer came quickly and plainly: "They're caused by vaccines; vaccines teach us to attack our own cells."
(I left it there for the time being, as I currently believe that vaccines do have their place in responsible animal care, and that not all vaccines are 'bad'. But that's an exploration for another day.)
