I have written the following books for horse owners and trainers:
* Equine Lameness (Equine Research, Inc., 1997)
* Preventing Colic in Horses (Paper Horse, 1999)
* Preventing Laminitis in Horses (Paper Horse, 2000)

I have also written numerous articles for equestrian magazines and web sites, including Equus, Practical Horseman, Horses Inc., The Holistic Horse, Flying Changes, Northwest Horse Source, and Paper Horse (my previous web site).

In addition, I am the author, co-author, or editor of over 50 scientific papers for veterinary journals and conference proceedings, and I am the principal editor of the following textbooks for veterinarians (all published by Mosby-Elsevier Health Sciences):
