Dandelion leaf & flower

(Taraxacum officinale)

This delightful essence stimulates flow of bodily fluids - saliva, other digestive juices, urine, milk, etc. (Note: for bodies who are very congested or overloaded, it would be a good idea to take some dandelion root first, to clear the way.)

This essence spoke a lot about the qualities of dandelions. The flower stalks stand tall and erect, encouraging the same qualities in us. Dandelions also have a self-possession, in times of plenty and in times of hardship, and a resourcefulness, rectitude, and optimism.

They're at home everywhere, and can make the best of wherever they find themselves - a "bloom where you grow" philosophy.

And there is a touch of whimsy and playfulness about them. Their roots run deep, which allows them to express an exuberance of green foliage and joyful golden flowers.
