Hello, I'm Christine King. I'm an experienced veterinarian and medical writer/editor. I began my career as a veterinarian, and I'm still practicing part-time, but somewhere along the way I discovered a talent and a love for writing and teaching. So, now I'm combining my twin interests: veterinary medicine and education. My primary area of expertise is equine medicine, although I also have practice and publishing experience with farm and companion animals. My publishing experience is mostly with conventional vet med, but I have a special interest in the complementary/alternative therapies, and I'm equally comfortable writing for conventional and holistically oriented audiences. I've been interested in pretty much all of the biological sciences since I was a little kid, so I'm also happy to work on projects outside of veterinary medicine.
