This harmonic essence is nuclear nettles! Actually, it's all about creating healthy bodies and boundaries by reconnecting us to our Source...

When I went out to pick some fresh nettle leaves, I was disappointed to find that the patch of nettles I'd been planning on soliciting for a donation had been heavily parasitized by insects. "That won't do for an essence that's supposed to help animals resist insects!" I thought.

Disappointed, I moved on down the trail, toward another patch of nettles I knew that was deeper into the park. But I was stopped after only a few yards by my favorite hawthorn tree. I didn't know why; I already had some hawthorn.

Then I looked down and found a couple of lovely, healthy nettle plants growing at her feet. They were perfect! With their permission, I harvested a couple of leaves with some flower buds, and made this essence.

When I sat with this essence and reviewed its qualities, I felt a "yes, but..." coming from it. There was something I was missing. The spring-summer Meadow Blend essence had taught me a lot about allergy and what it takes to be healthy. But there was more for me to know. Here's what this essence and the Animal collective told me:

"Hypersensitivity to insects is not about the insects; it's about the animal. And it's not just about their physical health, it's about their entire being. These animals have a susceptibility to being parasitized that goes as deep as their DNA: they are fundamentally vulnerable. In the wild, they would be at the low end of the herd hierarchy, the first animals to become ill, and the first animals to be picked off by predators."

When I asked how we could help these animals, the reply came swiftly: Hawthorn; it reconnects us to our Source. A-ha! That's why I was supposed to harvest the nettle for this essence from under the hawthorn tree!

This essence is unique in one other way: it is the most complex harmonic I've made yet. I was inspired to keep going and blending different dilutions until I had it just right. The resulting essence is exquisite! I can feel it going to work in my cells, gently and lovingly reordering my genetic blueprint. And when I had it finished, I could feel the Animal collective smiling in satisfaction.
