This combination essence is based on the herbal supplement of the same name. It is a lovely essence which melds the properties of the individual herbs into a nutritious, cleansing, and enlivening elixir. "I nourish you!" it says with a smile. It also helps the body get in rhythm with the natural cycle of the seasons.

This essence had a lot to tell me about allergy, and about what it takes for a body to be truly healthy. Health and healing require both a healthy body and a healthy energy field. A healthy body creates a healthy field, and a healthy field creates a healthy body. Likewise, problems in one inevitably affect the other.

Once I've truly absorbed the wisdom of this essence, I'll share with you what it told me about the plants at the Findhorn community in Scotland, where physical nutrients were in very short supply. For now, let's just say that to restore and maintain health, one must have good nutrition, and restore a healthy energy field; these essences help do just that.
